REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect. This includes, but is not limited to:

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

Incorrect size or style selection by the customer

Unclaimed packages (failure to pick up the package from the courier or customs)

Delivery delays caused by postal services or customs

1 year WARRANTY (PHOTO OR VIDEO REQUIRED)
All watches come with a 1 year warranty covering functional defects that are not caused by accidental damage or misuse.
To submit a warranty claim, please send us a clear photo or video showing the issue. The product must be within the warranty period and the issue must be clearly visible.

Warranty does not cover:

Wear and tear

Damage caused after delivery

Issues reported after the 1 year period

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS (VIDEO PROOF REQUIRED)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, a clear video of the watch showing the issue is required.

Requirements:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Photo and/or video proof must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Claims without visual proof will not be accepted

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted

Without video or photo evidence, we are unable to confirm the condition at delivery and cannot offer a refund or replacement.

NO REFUNDS FOR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is not collected or is refused by the recipient, it is not eligible for a refund or reshipment. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring they are received.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PROTECTION
We strictly enforce our no-refund policy. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide full documentation including proof of shipment, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and further action may be taken.


Important Notes for Customers

  • By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
  • No exceptions will be made for buyer’s remorse.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
  • Claims for damaged items without an video/photos will not be accepted.
